READ BEFORE REGISTERING
When you register, you will need to log in to your unit's Tentaroo account. If you already submitted a campsite reservation application, your numbers have already been put into the system. Click Scouts BSA Resident Summer Camp then choose the correct week. Payment for your registration can be made by Credit Card or eCheck through this website. You can also stop in at the Illowa Council Service Center to provide payment. Please keep in mind that on Tentaroo, there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
In order to qualify for early bird pricing, youth payments must be made in full by April 21, 2024, at midnight.
Troops begin their Summer Camp Registration by completing the numbers registration. We just ask for the number of youth and adults attending camp – we do not need to know names yet. The numbers that you enter can be adjusted later, too.
Starting April 30th, 2024, at 5:00 am, names/merit badge registration will open for all weeks. After the Scouts that are attending summer camp are added into the unit roster, they can then be signed up for their merit badges. When you register, you will need to fill out all fields on the form. Payment for your registration can be made by Credit Card or eCheck through this website. Please pay through Tentaroo for your unit's merit badge selections, as the classes are not locked in until they are paid for. Please keep in mind that on Tentaroo, there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
IMPORTANT - each form in the registration process can only be submitted by your Troop ONCE for each week of summer camp. If you require a change to any part of any registration form after you have submitted it, please email reservations@loudthunder.org.
- Credit/Debit card purchases through Tentaroo will be subject to a 3% processing fee. The eCheck option does not carry a processing fee. Payments can also be mailed or dropped off at the Illowa Council Service Center.
- To access the eCheck option: in the payments method section, credit card is the default option. Next to the word "credit card" is a grey drop down arrow. Click this to access different payment methods.
